Experience the Future with Triggo

Triggo distance measurement primarily relies on calculating the time it takes for a signal to travel to a target and back between two asynchronous transceivers or reflective surfaces.Traditional ultrasonic distance Measurement systems often struggle to accurately detect small or irregularly shaped objects, such as wires or cones, due to their heavy reliance on the target’s reflective properties. Triggo overcomes these limitations completely. In addition, it offers high accuracy, a long measurement range, and fast response times.

Sensitivity

Adjust the sensor’s detection range from 0.1 m to 3 m using the SENS knob. Turn it fully left for the minimum range and fully right for the maximum range. Set the distance according to the installation area — shorter for compact spaces, longer for wider zones.

Time Setting

Select how long the connected light remains ON after no motion is detected — from 5 seconds to 15 minutes. Any new movement restarts the timer automatically. Use the shortest time during setup and walk testing for more accurate calibration.

Light Control (LUX) Setting

Set the sensor’s light sensitivity from 3 to 2000 lux. Turning the knob fully left enables night-only mode (≈ 3 lux), while fully right allows day + night operation (≈ 2000 lux). Keep it fully right during testing in daylight, then adjust as required for your application.

Test Instructions

  1. Turn the TIME knob anti-clockwise to the minimum setting (5 seconds). Set the SENS knob clockwise to the maximum (+), and turn the LUX knob clockwise to the maximum as well
  2.  When a person or object enters the adjustable detection range, the LED indicator will illuminate. If the ambient light is below the preset LUX threshold, the externally connected lamp will also turn on. Once the person or object exits the detection range, the LED indicator will turn off.
  3.  Switch on the power. Initially, the sensor and the connected lamp will remain inactive. After a 30-second warm-up period, the sensor will become operational. If motion is detected during this time, the lamp will turn on. If no further motion is detected, the connected load will turn off automatically within 5 ± 3 seconds.
  4. To test operation in dark conditions, turn the LUX knob anti-clockwise to the minimum setting (3 LUX). In this mode, if the ambient light is above 3 LUX, the sensor will remain inactive and the lamp will stay o . If the ambient light is below 3 LUX (darkness), the sensor will function normally. In the absence of motion, it
will switch off within 5 ± 3 seconds
  5. The Triggo sensor uses infrared laser technology, and its detection range may slightly reduce under strong sunlight or bright ambient conditions. This is a normal behaviour of the sensor

How It Works

Discover the simple yet effective way Triggo transforms your space

1

Microwave Emission

Emits 5.8GHz microwaves with <0.2mW power, ensuring precise detection.

2

Motion Detection

Detects movement (0.6–1.5m/s) within 360° range, adjustable 2–16m.

3

Smart Response

Activates lights (≤800W incandescent / 300W LED) with 10s–12min delay.

A microwave motion sensor works by emitting high-frequency waves and detecting changes in the reflected signal. When motion occurs within the microwave sensor range, the reflection shifts, triggering a response. Unlike passive sensors, microwave sensors actively scan their surroundings, making them ideal for detecting subtle movement, even through walls or glass.

Daylight Function

The hold time is set to 30 seconds, and the Lux level is set to 300. The light turns on when movement is detected and turns off after people leave, specifically at night. Applications include corridors and staircases.

With sufficient daylight (>300 Lux), the light remains off even when motion is detected.

With insufficient daylight (<300 Lux), the light turns on when motion is detected.

After the last detection and the elapse of the current hold time (30 seconds), the light turns off.

No Daylight Function

The daylight threshold is set to 2000 lux to disable the light. It turns on when movement is detected, and after people leave, the light turns off once the hold time of 30 seconds has elapsed. Applications include dimly lit areas such as basement parking and underpasses.

When motion is detected, the sensor will switch the light on to 100% brightness.

After people leave the detection area, the light remains at 100% brightness for the duration of the hold time.

After the last detection and the elapse of the current hold time (30 seconds), the light turns off.
